Damian is a Managing Director and a payments, operations and risk leader in Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory Practice. He has extensive executive level experience in payment processing, risk management, financial services, and supply chain logistics, and is focused on strengthening Deloitte’s footprint in the big tech, FinTech, digital currency, and Blockchain spaces. Current topical areas include: end to end payment, money movement and ancillary processes; initiation channel and core platform technologies; digitization and automation; optimization and efficiency; and regulatory compliance, risk and controls. 

 

Damian rejoined Deloitte after 8 years in the banking and financial services industry where he led a US bank payment operation. While in industry, Damian also spent time building and operating 2nd line enterprise and operational risk functions as well as leading multiple large-scale regulatory remediation programs to clear exam findings.
