Joe Medioli is the Head of Wealth Management at Anchorage Digital. Joe is responsible for driving strategy creation across Anchorage Digital’s RIA and Asset Manager offerings, as well as broader custody and settlement solutions for large institutional clients. Joe joined Anchorage Digital in 2022 and brings over 12 years of experience in financial services strategy consulting with Promontory Financial Group, an IBM Company, where he advised banks, cryptonatives, fintechs, and foreign financial institutions on a wide range of strategic, regulatory, risk management, and compliance issues. Most recently, Joe led the Digital Assets Practice at Promontory, where he supported traditional financial institutions as they developed digital asset risk and compliance programs. He also advised crypto-native firms on executing strategic licensing initiatives and building regulatory compliance risk and compliance programs. Joe has an AB in History from Harvard University and an MSc in Management Research from Saïd Business School, Oxford University.
