Laura Bilder is a Director of Legal at DCG, where she has focused on investments in decentralized ecosystems since 2021. Laura also advises on policy development and regulatory matters impacting the digital asset space. Prior to joining DCG, Laura was an associate at Jones Day representing public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. Laura is a graduate of Fordham Law School (JD) and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business (BS).
